The Victorian boys Keegan, Bobby and Dimi survive the earthquake to review Newcastle’s final game of a spectacular season.
It was an end of season dead rubber at Stamford Bridge as the Magpies went to London as the only unbeaten Premier League team in the capital all season. The drama was elsewhere on the last day but there were still positives to take on a day where the away end looked and sounded in superb form.
Aaron Gordon was part of a severely depleted midfield for Eddie’s men, and he notched his first goal for the club in the first ten minutes before an own goal from Trippier before the break pegged the Toon back. The lads ask whether this could be a turning point and confidence boost for the young Scouser.
There are also some tremendous stats flying about from a season which ends with Newcastle matching champions Manchester City for fewest games lost and fewest goals conceded.
Don’t miss this lovely review as this best of seasons draws to a close 🖤🤍
